1. Order Processing & Dispatch

At Anand Bio Renewable, we process all orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are typically dispatched on the same business day from our main fulfillment warehouse in Gujarat. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Standard Delivery Timelines

We work with premier shipping networks (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post) to ensure safe and prompt transit:

• Within Gujarat (Local): 1 to 2 business days.
• Major Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days, depending on region accessibility.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Threshold

We believe in transparent, straightforward shipping terms:

• Orders under ₹500: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹40.00 is applied at checkout.
• Orders of ₹500 and above: FREE SHIPPING is automatically applied to your order.

4. Tracking Shipments

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can monitor your parcel's progress in real-time directly on our dedicated tracking page.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

All items are dispatched in moisture-proof, tamper-evident packaging. If you receive a compromised package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@anandbiorenewable.com with photo evidence so we can issue an immediate replacement.
